Rooted in the history of Vint Hill Farm Station in Virginia, a World War II–era intelligence base, we draw inspiration from its legacy of transforming intercepted radio signals into actionable intelligence. In the same spirit, we are dedicated to helping organizations cut through the noise—turning static into signal, and data into confident, informed decisions.
Our Team
James brings over 15 years of expertise in data management, analytics, data science, and risk management within the highly regulated financial services industry. He has a proven track record of building modern reporting and analytics systems, streamlining business processes, and helping organizations make smarter, data-driven decisions.
He holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified through Dartmouth.
Based in Virginia, James enjoys life with his wife—an elementary school educator—and their three children.

Kyle brings over 10 years of experience in quality control, logistics, and raw materials manufacturing for advanced therapeutics. He has led operations for a $400M annual revenue business serving Fortune 500 companies, giving him firsthand insight into scaling complex organizations and delivering at the highest levels of industry expectation.
He specializes in developing go-to-market strategies for clients and applying predictive data modeling to guide strategic decisions and R&D roadmaps. A scientist by training, Kyle earned his BS in Biomedical Sciences from Lynchburg University and began his career in the biology lab before transitioning into leadership roles that blend science, operations, and business strategy.
Based in Virginia, Kyle enjoys life with his wife, Jennifer, and their son, Lucas.
